unlucky or rigged card pack opening

Hi,

Over the last 2 weeks i have purchased 120 of the new packs and only got a total of 3 legendarys 2 on my first pack which came together after 43 so packs and about 1 week later i brought another 60 and only got 1 legenday card after 39 packs i looked up the latest ratios for legendary cards 12.5 cards per 1 legendary and that was after the card pack bug fix and in between the 1 week opening i got 1 legendary from a tavern brawl so i have no idea if it's just rolling the dice per card or the more packs you open the higher the odds stack up for you until you get one but i just can't help feel being scammed?

Please help.
