Can't access network computer

I'm using the latest OpenELEC build released last night (6.0.0) running Isengard 15.2. Need a little help. I'm not sure what happened, but I can't seem to be able to access my server from Kodi. It runs Windows Server 2012. I recently formatted my SD card and started fresh last night. I was able to access the server before, but not anymore. I can access the server fine with other devices, like my HTPC, Xbox, iPod, and Kindle, so I know it's "available". I can access my HTPC from Kodi just fine.. I've been installing a bunch of things trying to get my Kodi back to where it was before. It's possible something was installed that is now locking me out. Has anybody experienced this before? I'm trying to add my photos. I go to "add pictures..." and a window pops up. I click "browse", then "Windows Network (SMB)". I then pick the domain (my server is on the same network (router) but with a different domain than workgroup) and the server name appears. But if I click on that (where it should then show me that computer's folders) it just sits there. I've tried it multiple times, and let it sit for 10 minutes. I've tried rebooting Kodi and the server multiple times. I'm just stuck. I mean, it sees the computer, so why can't it load the folders?

Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
